Suitable for working with Copper & Aluminum, Iron Materials, Carbon Steel, Cast Iron, Alloy Steel and Tool Steel.
1) Raw Materials:
a. Chemical composition: 10%-12%Co
b. Physical and machinal properties:
c. Density: 14.10-14.45g/cm3
d. Hardness: 91.5-93HRA
e. Flexaral strength: 3500-4000N/mm2
f. Ultra fine Grain size: 0.4-0.6 um
2) Super TiSiN:
reduce the coefficient of friction, and highly improve the tools life.
3) Detection:
Each end mill is inspected of measuring and quality.
4) Work Piece:
Carbon steel, alloy steel, cast steel, tooling steel, mould steel, heat-treament steel. Aluminum, alloy steel and Non ferrous alloy.
Package and delivery of endmills
1> White parts for protect the flute of cutters
2> Laser brand and demensions on the body of cutters, print labels.
3> One piece per plastic pipe, 10 pipes per group.
4> Sealed with air bubble wrap, pack into bigger carton. Other packing also accept according to your needs.
5> Delivery time: 1-3 weeks after the payment confirmed.
