First, there are some preparations and precautions before CNC machining
1, according to the requirements of the thickness of stamping material, determine whether the number of stamping die meets the requirements, general CNC punch is able to stamp to 6mm thick steel plate, but the actual stamping, stamping 3mm and below is better, the thick plate is easy to damage the mold and press. Therefore, when the plate thickness is greater than 3mm, it is recommended to adopt other processing methods, such as laser cutting.
2, according to the material requirements, treat the number of dies. General sheet metal industry commonly used materials are cold rolled plate, stainless steel plate, aluminum plate, etc., and cold plate and stainless steel plate is the most widely used. Under the same thickness, the hardness of cold plate and stainless steel plate is not the same, stainless steel material is hard, so take stamping cold plate mold to stamping stainless steel plate of the same thickness is not appropriate, should replace the corresponding stainless steel stamping die; Otherwise, the mold and machine tool will be damaged, or can not meet the requirements of stamping shape;
3, according to the structure shape of the stamping parts and the shape size of the stamping plate material, arrange the stamping parts, carry out NUMERICAL control programming, programming, to consider the size of the clamp, consider the margin, consider the interval, consider the micro connection. And the order of the knife should be reasonably arranged, generally follow the order from simple to complex, and finally cut the edge. The design of the micro connection should also be reasonable. Too much or too large size is not convenient for stripping, and the cloth point is too small for fear of falling off during stamping, affecting stamping, or damaging the mold.
4, numerical control, be sure to test first, check whether the program is wrong, there can be all reasonable knife, carefully check whether the thickness, material, plate specifications and the requirements of the program itself, check whether the mold is matched with the requirements of the program;
5, the number of punching processes, to regularly observe the number of punching is abnormal, abnormal to stop, troubleshoot and then continue to run.
